01

Turn the crop task into a machine brief

Describe the crop, row spacing, access, area and available refill points. State tank capacity in L, liquid flow in L/min and application rate in L/acre or L/ha with the intended nozzle setting. Identify whether air assistance is required and ask how the supplier measures air output. Pressure figures without a nozzle and measurement condition do not establish a comparable application result.

Include carrying weight when filled, harness adjustment, shutdown controls and the intended liquid. Compatibility must be confirmed for the tank, hose, seals and wetted components. A general material name alone cannot establish compatibility with every formulation.

02

Request a named configuration

Each supplier reply should include its model reference, pump arrangement, power source, included accessories and exclusions. Battery-operated offers need battery quantity, capacity, charger input and replacement-battery arrangements. Engine-powered offers need their own fuel, maintenance and destination document review. We keep proposed substitutions separate from the requested baseline rather than combining them into one ambiguous quotation.

Ask for MOQ, a sample order option, sample freight, production lead-time basis and the process for approving a configuration. Availability remains subject to the supplier's written confirmation.

03

Put the commercial boundaries alongside the price

Compare currency and unit basis, packing, spare parts, freight, taxes and any inspection or service charges. Name the delivery destination and commercial delivery term; an equipment-only price is not comparable to a delivered-order figure. An optional target budget helps decide whether extra batteries, repair kits or service scope should be priced as separate alternatives.

Premium, mid-range and budget-friendly are buyer preferences for the quotation exercise. They are not supplier ratings and do not prove a factory's quality or capability.

04

Record the approval and follow-up steps

Before ordering, agree the sample checks, packing list, manual language, spare-parts identifiers and written warranty exclusions. Clarify who will inspect the equipment and how a discrepancy is documented. We coordinate purchasing questions; operator training, chemical-use decisions and equipment acceptance stay with the responsible buyer and supplier.

Use the inquiry catalog to identify your product form, or read the factory quote checklist before preparing your brief.

Give factories a scope they can answer

Send the application, tank capacity, power source, quantity and destination. Add an approximate budget if it helps frame the alternatives; a previous quote is not required.
