Prairie Ledger Sourcing Terms of Service
Website policy version: October 10, 2026.
Using this procurement service
Prairie Ledger Sourcing provides an independent sourcing inquiry service for business buyers. These terms describe the website and inquiry process. Sending a message does not create a purchase order, factory appointment, stock reservation or binding supply agreement. A transaction requires separate written confirmation of the responsible parties, product scope and commercial conditions.
Catalog and product scope
Catalog names identify configurations that a buyer may ask about. They do not establish current stock, verified supplier capability, certification, pricing or delivery availability. A proposed supplier must identify the actual model, technical specification, included accessories and exclusions. The buyer should retain its original requirement and record any alternative as a separate offer.
Buyer information and review
Provide accurate business contact information, intended application, specifications, quantity, destination and requested delivery date. State the currency and per-unit or whole-order basis for an optional budget. Supplier preferences express the buyer's intended trade-offs and are not ratings. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for the initial purchasing review.
Quotations and acceptance
Review the supplier identity, quotation date, currency, quantity, delivery term, payment terms and exclusions before acceptance. Equipment cost, freight, taxes, documents, inspection and support may be separate amounts. Performance and compatibility statements should refer to the exact model and its test conditions. Any inspection, sample, warranty or dispute arrangement belongs in the relevant written agreement.
Technical responsibility
Equipment selection does not replace the buyer's technical, operational or destination review. Confirm material compatibility, operator requirements, maintenance instructions and applicable documentation with the responsible supplier and qualified advisers. Procurement coordination does not establish that a proposed chemical application or operating condition is appropriate for a site.
Website records and questions
Website content may be corrected as purchasing information changes. Preserve the written quotation and agreed specification that apply to an order, since an inquiry page is not an order record. If a requirement changes after submission, identify the changed fields during follow-up. Use the contact page for questions about the sourcing process, these terms or the information needed for a request.
